Ayurvedic food is provided by "Saiki Nayani" who runs the restaurant "Ayupowan" in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture. Originally from Sri Lanka, she was born and raised in a family of Ayurvedic doctors for six generations, and naturally has Ayurveda in her life. Thoroughbred in Ayurveda .

About YOGA
YOGA to be held this time is Tri Yoga, which is derived from the name Trinity Yoga.
Each of the pure, transparent movements energized by rhythmic breathing and delicate hand marks transforms into a smooth, seamless, meditative flow that makes you a fine and quiet meditative. It will lead you to the state.
Tri Yoga aims to harmonize the three bodies (body, mind, soul) and to be aware of existence, consciousness, and bliss (sat cit ānanda).
There are no difficult poses. Even people with a stiff body can participate with confidence.
Tri Yoga is derived from the name Trinity Yoga, and one day, as Kriyavati Siddhi, the cosmic energy "Kundalini" was used by an American woman, Curly, who was 24 years old at the time.・ It came down to Kali Ray's body as a form of yoga that is a trinity of posture (asana), breathing method (pranayama), and hand sign (mudra).

About meditation
We usually do many things unknowingly. When putting on shoes. When walking. When getting on the train. When blinking the turn signal of a car, when looking at a smartphone somehow.
Since modern people live in the noise of the city, they can't feel themselves and live while being at the mercy of endless thoughts.
In meditation, you can feel yourself and even feel nothing by being consciously aware of the present.
No matter where you go, you must listen to your inner voice and believe in yourself.
Also, feeling now will reduce stress, increase concentration, and allow you to relax deeply.
This meditation begins with the breathing method and slowly takes time using various methods to guide the brain waves from the beta wave to the alpha wave, theta wave, and delta wave.

About Ayurvedic food
For this meal, we will ask the participants about their current physical condition in advance and provide dishes that suit each of them.
In Ayurveda, it is said that human beings naturally have a life energy called "Dosha".
Dosha is said to have three properties: "Vata (wind)", "Pita (fire)", and "Kapa (earth)".
By adjusting the balance of this Dosha to the optimum condition for the person, the mind and body will be kept healthy.
We will prepare a meal that makes it easier to get into meditation by preparing Dosha.
About Akakura Onsen
The hot springs of Akakura Onsen are "Taka Onsen" (source temperature is 42 degrees or higher). Generally, it is said that the hotter the source temperature, the more active ingredients are dissolved.
The source of Akakura Onsen is located in the "North Jigokudani" of Mt. Myoko, and it is self-spraying. The sources of several places are 40 to 60 degrees each, and the temperature is 51.1 degrees in a concentrated hot water bath. After that, it will take a few kilometers to travel to the hot spring town, but due to friction in the pipes, it will be kept at about 48 degrees at the sprue of each facility.
And when the bathtub is filled with hot springs, it will reach around 42 degrees Celsius (which varies slightly depending on the season), which is said to be the most comfortable. If the source temperature is low, it must be heated, and if it is too hot, it will be filled with water to dilute the active ingredients. Also, if you cool it over time, the freshness of the hot spring will decrease and some of the active ingredients will be lost.
Mt. Myoko, where Akakura Onsen springs up, is Mt. Meru (Mt. Meru) (Mt. It is also a sacred mountain, also known as an endlessly high mountain.
